The trackless transfer cart's platform is specially equipped with a customized rotatable frame, significantly improving load stability during operation. The cart body also features customized guardrails and anti-slip steps to ensure the safety of ground staff.
The product adopts a cast steel spliced frame structure, with overall dimensions of 4500x2800x1200mm. It uses a dual-wheel system of steering wheels and polyurethane wheels, combined with a hydraulic lifting device to achieve mode switching: steering wheel drive provides precise position fine-tuning with high positioning accuracy; after reaching the destination, the power is retracted, and with the help of the tow bar, it switches to an unpowered traction state, suitable for long-distance airport transport needs.
A custom-designed rotatable support is added to the platform to effectively ensure the stability of large aircraft components during transport. It also features dual operation modes: wireless remote control and wired handle, offering convenient operation and high safety.
