Discount Custom Cabinets adds two transitional Shaker cabinet lines

Discount Custom Cabinets has launched Haven Harbor and Haven Ridge, two new Cabinet Depot Collection styles aimed at homeowners choosing between painted and stained kitchens. The lines are available now nationwide, with 10x10 packages starting at $2,888.91 and $3,328.71 respectively.

Why it matters: - The new lines give remodelers two finish options with the same cabinet construction, hardware and layout family. - Haven Harbor and Haven Ridge target a common kitchen decision: painted versus stained, without forcing a tradeoff in build quality. - The 10x10 starting prices keep the collection positioned in the value segment of the cabinet market.

What happened: - Discount Custom Cabinets launched Haven Harbor and Haven Ridge as new additions to its Cabinet Depot Collection. - The company made the lines available now at discountcustomcabinets.com. - Haven Harbor is the painted version. - Haven Ridge is the stained version. - Both styles use the same transitional Shaker door profile and the same construction package.

The details: - Both cabinet lines are built with a birch hardwood face frame. - Both use full-overlay transitional Shaker doors and drawers. - Both include full-extension, soft-close, undermount drawer glides. - Both use concealed, soft-close, 7-way adjustable door hinges. - Both have a natural-finish cabinet interior. - The lines meet or exceed KCMA, CARB II, TSCA Title VI and E1 standards for structural integrity, finish durability and ultra-low formaldehyde emissions. - Each style is sold as a complete line with base, wall, pantry and oven cabinets, plus vanity, trim and molding, and range hoods. - The lineup lets a kitchen, bath and hood be specified in a single finish. - Haven Harbor 10x10 ready-to-assemble packages start at $2,888.91, compared with a comparable list price of $7,841.34. - Haven Ridge 10x10 ready-to-assemble packages start at $3,328.71, compared with a comparable list price of $9,035.07. - Optional pre-assembly adds 20% to the package price. - Orders ship ready to assemble by default. - Customers can pay for pre-assembly and receive cabinets built, squared and ready to hang. - Orders ship curbside on a lift-gate truck nationwide. - Free pickup is available in Norcross, Georgia. - Customers can submit measurements for a free design consultation. - Discount Custom Cabinets’ designers will confirm the layout, adjust the cabinet list and re-price it at the same per-cabinet rates before purchase. - Door samples for both styles are available to order.

Between the lines: - The launch reinforces a broader market split between bright painted kitchens and warmer wood-grain looks. - The company is using matched construction across two finishes to simplify buying decisions and reduce comparisons based on quality. - The fixed-price 10x10 packages suggest the company is leaning on an easy-to-shop format for online and in-person buyers.

What's next: - Homeowners, contractors and remodelers can order the new styles immediately. - Buyers can request design help, samples or pre-assembly before placing an order. - The company says the lines are part of a nationwide factory-direct offering that includes cabinet modifications, assembly and installation services.

The bottom line: - Discount Custom Cabinets is broadening its kitchen lineup with two finish-driven Shaker options that keep the same build specs and anchor pricing under $3,500 for 10x10 packages.
